Dispute Resolution

Most issues are resolved quickly. Contact [not yet configured] for account, billing or moderation issues, or [not yet configured] for formal legal notices, and give us 30 days to respond before starting a formal proceeding.

These policies are governed by the laws of Kentucky, USA. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes are brought in the courts located there.

No binding arbitration clause or class-action waiver is currently in force. If one is added later it will be published as a new version of this document with an effective date, and where required you will be asked to accept it.

Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where available.
