Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and [not yet configured] covering the Creator Battles app and website. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

If you do not agree, do not use Creator Battles.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. See the Age Eligibility Policy.

You must give accurate signup information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account.

One person, one account. Creating additional accounts to manipulate votes, trials, referrals or enforcement is prohibited.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant Creator Battles the licence described in the Creator Agreement so we can host, display and promote it inside the platform.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including music and any third-party material.

Prohibited content and conduct are listed in the Community Guidelines and the User-Generated Content Policy.

Battles, voting, coins, Battle Points, badges, levels, prize pools and rankings work as described in the Battle & Voting Rules.

Results are computed by the platform. We may void votes, cancel battles, reverse results or withhold prize allocations where we detect manipulation or a rules breach.

Voting is not a wager. Coins are a platform feature, not a bet on an outcome, and coin spending does not buy a guaranteed result or payout.

Premium costs $10.00 per month with a 7-day free trial, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time. Details are in the Subscription Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Purchases on the web are billed by our web payment processor.

Chargebacks and payment fraud may result in loss of access, reversal of coin balances and deductions from creator earnings where legally permitted.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts under the Content Moderation Policy and Account Suspension & Termination Policy.

You can appeal moderation decisions from Settings → Appeals.

Creator Battles is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, earnings, followers or audience growth.

The service depends on third-party providers listed in the Third-Party Services Disclosure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Battles disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify Creator Battles against claims arising from content you upload or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. See Dispute Resolution for the process.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are versioned, dated and — where appropriate — require you to accept them again before continuing to use the platform.
