Creator Battles hosts content uploaded by users. Uploading material you do not have the rights to — video, images, audio, music, fonts, logos or brand assets — breaches these policies.
Music is a common problem area. A commercially released track normally requires a licence; being able to play it does not mean you may publish it.
Claims and remedies
Copyright claims follow the Copyright & DMCA Policy. Trademark claims follow the Trademark Policy.
Where a claim is upheld we remove the content, may void associated battle results, and record a strike against the account.
Creator Battles' own rights
The Creator Battles name, logo, artwork, UI design and software are owned by the operator and may not be copied or reused except as allowed by law or written permission.
