Automated & AI Moderation Disclosure

Automated rules flag suspicious voting patterns (such as burst voting and duplicate voting), suspected duplicate accounts, and payment or trial abuse signals. Flags create review items, not automatic bans.

Battle outcomes, scores, Battle Points, levels, badges and rankings are computed automatically from recorded activity.

Account suspensions, permanent bans, payout refusals and prize withholding require a human decision by staff, and each decision is logged.

You can appeal any automated or human decision from Settings → Appeals and ask for a human to look again.

Uploaded videos are not currently sent to a third-party AI classification service. If that changes, this disclosure and the Third-Party Services list will be updated first.
