Creator Agreement

You keep ownership of your original content.

You grant Creator Battles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, encode, display, distribute and technically process your content in order to run the platform — including in feeds, battles, tournaments, leaderboards and shareable battle links.

You also grant permission to feature your content in Creator Battles promotional material about the platform. You can ask us to stop featuring specific content by contacting support.

You can delete your own videos, comments and playlists at any time.

When you delete your account, your profile and content are removed from the platform. Copies may remain briefly in backups, and moderation, financial and legal records are retained as described in the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to, including music and third-party clips.

Do not impersonate another person, brand or creator, and do not post deceptive or illegal content.

Do not feature minors in a sexualised way or upload content of minors that would breach our Safety Policy.

Disclose sponsored or paid content clearly and comply with applicable advertising disclosure rules.

You must accept this Agreement and the Creator Payout Terms before you can request a payout. Your acceptance, the version accepted, and the date and time are recorded.

You must complete payout account verification with our payment processor, including any identity and tax information the processor requires.

Payouts are currently disabled platform-wide and remain subject to the eligibility gates described in the Creator Payout Terms.

Payouts can be delayed or withheld while we investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, vote manipulation or a legal requirement.

You are responsible for your own taxes on amounts you receive. We may be required to collect tax information and report payments.
