Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription refunds are handled by the store or processor that took the payment.

Purchases made through the iOS or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google under their published refund processes — we cannot refund a store purchase directly.

Web purchases: contact [not yet configured] within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request.

Coins are a digital item consumed inside the app. Coins that have already been spent on votes, gifts or battle support are generally non-refundable.

If a purchase failed, was duplicated or was unauthorised, contact support and we will investigate and reverse where appropriate.

Cancelling stops future renewals and is available at any time from your billing settings or your app store account.

Chargebacks filed instead of a refund request may result in loss of access and reversal of related coin balances.
