Creator Battles is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn of a child's account
We disable the account and delete the associated personal information, keeping only what we must retain for legal or safety reasons.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has given us information should contact [not yet configured] so we can remove it.
If COPPA becomes applicable
If Creator Battles ever offers a child-directed experience, verifiable parental consent, parental access and deletion controls, and limits on data collection and disclosure must be implemented before that experience launches. This requires attorney review.
