We require valid legal process appropriate to the data sought and disclose only what the request covers.

Emergency disclosure requests involving a risk of death or serious physical injury are reviewed immediately.

Where lawful and appropriate, we notify affected users before disclosing their information.

Every request is recorded in an internal register capturing the requesting entity, date received, scope, information requested, legal basis, our response and any disclosure date.

Access to that register is restricted to super admins and legal admins. Moderators and support staff cannot see it.
