Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Profile, videos, comments, playlists and social graph: until you delete them or delete your account.

Notifications and activity events: retained while useful for product analytics, then aggregated or removed.

Financial records — subscriptions, purchases, coin ledger, earnings, payouts: retained for the period required by accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations, typically several years.

Moderation reports, actions, appeals and copyright complaints: retained so enforcement and appeals stay reviewable and repeat violations can be identified.

Legal acceptance records: retained as proof of consent.

Server logs and diagnostics: retained for a short operational period.

Deleting your account from Settings runs a real backend deletion: your profile, videos, comments, playlists, follows and open battles are removed or cancelled and your sign-in is revoked. It is not a hidden account.

Deletion is irreversible. Content already downloaded or shared by others is outside our control, and copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups until they rotate.

Financial and tax records of transactions that occurred, moderation and safety records, copyright complaints, legal acceptance logs and records needed to defend legal claims or prevent fraud.

Retained records are minimised and access-restricted.
